Apex Legends fans are desperate for Respawn to bring back the classic Winter Express LTM for Christmas, as for them, it's become a yearly "tradition."

Christmas is an exciting time to be an Apex Legends fan, especially with all the festive-themed cosmetics available to collect.
Not only that, but it's usually the time when the community gets to enjoy the "tradition" of the annual Winter Express mode. This beloved LTM debuted back in Season 3 and has become a staple Christmas activity for players.
Unfortunately, it's notably missing from this year's playlist and competitors have started pleading with Respawn to bring it back.
Apex Legends players want Winter Express to return
It doesn't feel like Christmas for some Apex fans if Winter Express isn't available. We're already a third of the way through the month, and the LTM has still not been added.
A lot of fans are starting to wonder whether it's going to arrive at all, or if the devs have decided to replace it with Revenant Uprising this year. Describing Winter Express as a "tradition," players have taken to the Apex Legends subreddit to ask Respawn to add the LTM as soon as possible.
"We love Winter Express, please bring it back," said one user, with another claiming, "Winter Express has become an important Christmas season tradition for me and my friends...
"On behalf of the Apex community that thoroughly enjoys the greatest LTM put in the game, you will be doing us a great service by implementing it into the game again."
Apex Legends fans dislike current Revenant Uprising LTM
Apex's current LTM that's available is called Revenant Uprising, and the reception to this mode has been mixed at best. A lot of fans dislike the pacing of the mode and just don't think it's very Christmas-themed. For them, it's a no-brainer for Respawn to replace it with Winter Express as soon as possible.
"Aw you don't like Revenant Uprising, the quality game mode where 30 unlucky unarmed participants get farmed for 20 minutes," joked one user, with another arguing, "They are so obsessed with Revenant, it's kinda annoying now."
There's still time for Respawn to drop Winter Express into our laps, but the clock is ticking, and it's clear some fans are losing hope it's ever going to happen.
