"We did some crazy stuff. Coming first, second, first, in an entire year of LANs is literally unthinkable, and I don't think another team will ever do that again," said Philip "ImperialHal" Dosen, as the widely-recognised GOAT of Apex Legends has left TSM after four years.

ImperialHal, the reigning World Champion, bid an emotional farewell to TSM on social media yesterday, speaking for ten minutes about his favourite moments and the decision to leave the organisation which gave his journey to become the "CEO" of Apex Legends a kickstart.

But amid the tearjerker Hal fans, many had to tuck their tails between their legs, as the Apex Legends guru has now announced he's teaming with his biggest rivals.

ImperialHal leaves TSM in favour of rival roster

TSM versus DarkZero is a battle as old as time in Apex Legends esports, with both orgs being utterly dominant at LAN over the last two years. The two orgs have even butted heads on multiple occasions.

But the two monsters of Apex Legends have now settled discrepancies and have joined forces, as ImperialHal announced that his new roster would be alongside Rhys "Zer0" Perry and Noyan "Genburten" Ozkose - the latter of whom just spoke to GGRecon about scrims, griefing, and loadouts.

It's not yet clear whether Hal will directly join DarkZero, or whether the roster will compete under a different banner, but the trio now appear to be the most-feared team in the world alongside Spacestation Gaming's new outfit.

After years of sparring against each other though, ImperialHal fans are now facing quite the moral inquisition...

ImperialHal fans are crawling back to rivals-turned-teammates with sincere apologies

Many of TSM's fans just followed Hal, and have now been faced with a moral dilemma after spending years of energy hating on the likes of Genburten and Zer0.

Zer0 has now showcased how Hal-stans are already changing their tune and begging for forgiveness, as one fan has sent out a massive apology in a bid to be unbanned from his Twitch chat.

"I'm sincerely very sorry for the words I have spoken. I am a loyal ImperialHal fan. After these unforeseen events, I have loyalty to you now as well," the fan wrote.

"I am sorry. Please unban me, I will be positive and supportive in the chat," they added.

Should ImperialHal join DarkZero, the roster will kick off Split 2 qualification in second place on the Championship ladder, already poised to make the next two LANs and fight to become World Champions yet again.
