Respawn is feeling the wrath of pro Apex Legends players after failing to fix the Ranked playlist, and it isn't looking good.

Like a trio of high-flying legends armed and ready to take over Storm Point, Content Creators, pro players, and casual Ranked competitors are teaming together to launch a siege on Respawn Entertainment.

There's a rumbling of discontent that Apex Legends has neglected Ranked for too long. Amid a threat from a fan-made custom Apex Legends lobby platform that it dubbed to "kill Ranked", things are going from bad to worse.

However, loyalists to the ladder climb have continued to slam the developers for their lack of care to Apex Legends' main game mode.

Apex Legends players slam Ranked Experience riddled with cheaters

The main concentration for the complaints comes in the direction of cheaters, audio issues, high-ping lag spikes, and yet more cheaters. This was diligently summed up by Complexity content creator Clara on Twitter.

But as the old saying goes, actions speak a thousand words. Now, pro players are sharing clips of the basic features in Apex Legends being broken, such as audio queues and bullet tracers, making it impossible to tell where shots are being fired from.

NRG esports player Christopher "sweetdreams" Sexton shared a clip on Twitter, showing the lack of tracers and even weapon audio, with silent and invisible bullets being bombarded in his direction.

Apex Legends Pros blast 'imploding' game bugs

Other pros also spoke up about the state of the game, such as FURIA's Nelson "Xera" Medina, who said "The game is a joke."

Whilst, Philip "ImperialHal" Dosen almost mocked the devs, saying, "I bought the suppressor in the Apex store," XSET's Nicholas "sSikezz" Odom added, "Ranked Qs fully dead at 10pm, I hope this is a wake-up call."

With Realm closing in on Ranked to divert the attention of Apex Legends' best players, it can only be a matter of time before Respawn addresses what matters in the game at the moment.
