The voice actor for Astarion has said that he thinks there are two hours of unfound content in Baldur's Gate 3.
With how Larian Studio's game works with dialogue trees, there are likely 10s of hours of dialogue that players will not see on a single play through.
There is a scene with Astarion no-one has found yet
The voice of Astarion, Neil Newborn, said in a livestream that there was a rather tricky piece of dialogue to uncover that he didn't think anyone had found yet.
Newborn said: "There's even something I know about that you can't get to unless you do something that I don't think anyone's going to work out.
"I was told this in confidence and I think I'm one of the few people who knows about it as well."
When asked if he could tell the the person he was speaking to in the livestream the secret later on, he answered: "it's one of those few things I cannot friend-DA," implying that he had signed an NDA on the topic.
He even declined to say whether the hidden two hours was in relation to Astarion or not.
Everyone is eager to know how to find this hidden content
Given the dedication of Baldur's Gate 3 players, many of whom are already on their second, third, or even fourth playthroughs of the RPG, are eager to know what this hidden content is.
One Twitter commenter wrote" "I think about it every night. Is it origin specific, is it an evil run, is it Astarion related? Is he going to do it on his stream? Probably not because NDA."
"That drives me crazy too!!! God damn I wanna knooow!!" said another.
Another player recently discovered some hidden Karlach dialogue in which the Zariel Tiefling Barbarian becomes self-aware and breaks the fourth wall.
It seems the dialogue was not found organically, based on Samantha Béart's commentary on Twitter, however it goes to show how much additional content the game is hiding for those willing to dig to find it.
