The future of the CoDverse is here, and with Black Ops 6 right around the corner, Treyarch's signature series is heading back to its finest form. The rebooted timeline is breaking away from the Mason Woods era and is destined to follow Russel Adler down a darker path.
One mission has now been revealed through the Gamescom showcase, as Call of Duty studio Raven Software revealed how it has been partnering with Black Ops 6 to take control of the campaign.
The "Most Wanted" mission is everything you could expect and more, featuring juggernauts, massive death machines, Bill Clinton, sex scandals, motorbike chases, and more.
Gamescom showcases the Black Ops 6 Campaign Most Wanted mission
The Campaign run-through highlighted the Most Wanted mission, which follows new character Troy Marshall as he tries to release Russel Adler from a facility that was held behind the scenes of Senator McKenna's speech, with Bill Clinton in attendance.
Marshall and other protagonists manoeuvre through the government facility as they use a camera to uncover sex scandals, create bribes, and snap retina pictures for access to backdoors.
Capping things off, Marshall and a newly freed Adler go all guns blazing, taking a Motorbike out of the building and sparking a typical Call of Duty vehicle chase.
