One Call of Duty fan has gone viral for decorating their house with a rug of arguably the worst map in Modern Warfare 3, albeit a map with an esteemed reputation.

Quality Call of Duty merch is few and far between - aside from maybe the official Ray Gun replica - so Twitter user "Praize" has decided to create their own rug.

The rug in question: a massive art picture of the pre-game loading screen of a Terminal Headquarters.

The Twitter user posted images of their brand-new rug, which has quickly surpassed one million views as fellow CoD lovers have been basking in its glory.

Some fans pointed out that the choice of game mode, Headquarters, is questionable, and Domination or Search and Destroy might have gone "even harder".

"This is so dope," said one popular comment.

It's important to note that this variant isn't technically the poor MW3 remaster, which has been dubbed "the worst map in the game" by fans, and is actually the original Modern Warfare 2 style, as noted by the red stripe on the inner plane, compared to the blue and red ribbon look in 2023.

The cool floor decoration has seemingly sparked some imagination in other CoD players, as houses all around the globe are set to be decorated with the series' best maps as rugs.

"Get me one for every doorway of the house and put a different map for every one," one fan replied.

"Raid would go so hard but I wouldn't want anyone to even breathe near it let alone put their feet on it," another added.

Unfortunately, there might be some rather angry girlfriends and boyfriends or mums and dads who will rally against these floor pieces, but if you've got a gaming cave, you know what to do...
