Snoop Dogg is back blazing up in Warzone and Modern Warfare, landing for his fourth consecutive year and joining the likes of 21 Savage and Nikki Minaj in an all-lungs blazing trio - jumping out of the hotboxed drop-plane.
While more sports stars look to be lined up and ready to be immortalised in Call of Duty, fans are now wondering which musicians could be next. Thankfully, they aren't short of ideas as they've already picked which rappers they want: 50 Cent and Post Malone.
Call of Duty fans eye up potential 50 Cent collaboration
Call of Duty's own icon series looks to be gathering pace, despite the streamer collabs ending rather catastrophically, as Kevin Durant has continued to hail the series and even called for an update to his skin to reflect his slim reaper nickname.
With this in mind, 50 Cent has been targeted as the next collaboration, at least in the eyes of fans, as one Redditor has made a concept skin already.
"I mean this wouldn't be far-fetched..." the Redditor said, as the post has gained traction with fans loving the idea. Someone else added, "A 50 Cent skin would be OP," eluding to his previous shooting. "You would have to at least get 10 headshots to knock him," they added.
Others also eyed up Post Malone, although the Beerbongs and Bentleys artist could be reluctant to step away from his Apex Legends relationship, despite the 420 pulls of CoD.
"I'm surprised they aren't trying to get celebs that really like guns and tactical. Post Malone would be a good celeb to put in COD," one fan mused.
Who is next in Call of Duty's celebrity collaborations?
Despite the calls for 50 Cent, Activision hasn't hinted at any more celebrities landing in the series aside from NBA star Kevin Brooker.
Previously, fans have called for a new Timothee Chamolet look after his Dune character opened up possibilities of a Wonka collab, while there continue to be numerous calls for Keanu Reaves' John Wick.
There's no knowing what Activision has up its sleeve, but with the rumoured Black Ops Gulf War around the corner, fear of breaking realism even further might be thrown out the window, and Modern Warfare 3 could go out swinging In da Club.
