When it comes to Zombies, all we know about Black Ops 6 is that Treyarch is going big. Two maps have been leaked, and we saw one during a small clip in the game's reveal, but aside from that, the details are sparse.

Even the characters are not as detailed as always. Aside from Weaver, there's little learned about Maya Aguinaldo, Elizabeth Grey, and Mac Carver.

So, who else might there be? Well, one iconic character has teased their return in Black Ops 6, and it's due to be a hit with Zombies fans.

Nolan North teases Dr Richtofen for Black Ops 6

Dr. Edward Richtofen has been the main antagonist of Zombies for over a decade, having more lives than an undead cat, dying and reanimating in different universes more often than not.

However, Black Ops 6 appears to be continuing the Cold War saga, and while Eddie didn't feature much in the title, he did appear in a select few cinematics - once again alive and kicking.

Ahead of Black Ops 6, one Call of Duty fan has now asked Richtofen's voice actor Nolan North about his reappearance, and the answer is more dubious than you might have thought.

"I don’t know if you’ve seen the last of The Doctor," Nolan said while declining to dive into further details that were on the tip of his tongue.

Dr Richtofen actor claims Black Ops 6 Zombies will blow your mind

Black Ops 6 Zombies is set to be revealed during the CoD Next showcase at the end of August, and Nolan has advised fans to keep an eye out for the trailers.

"I can tell you that [Black Ops 6 Zombies] is going to be cool and there are a few trailers coming out in the coming month that will make your head explode," he added. With Black Ops 6 hoping to restore the CoDverse to its former glory and Treyarch loading up its pistols, it looks like Zombies fans will be fed well in 2024.
