Out of all the recently released Call of Duty titles, MW2019 is certainly one of the most popular when it comes to overall fan opinion.

For a lot of players, the game's multiplayer, selection of weapons, and campaign all came together to form an incredible experience.

As a result, some members of the CoD community have been taking a trip down memory lane and have revealed what they think is the biggest downgrade in MW2 when compared to MW2019.

Believe it or not, a lot of the suggestions are relatively minor features, so it's definitely possible for the devs to add them to MW2.

Name a more annoying downgrade, I'll wait

Taking to the ModernWarfareII subreddit, user Anakin-Kenway sparked a discussion about the biggest 'downgrade' in MW2 when compared to MW2019 after they argued it's definitely the game's reticles.

The majority of players in the thread agreed with this, claiming that 'the whole reticle system, in general, is a massive downgrade' and being unable to customize them in MW2 is a huge disappointment.

It's obvious a lot of the community is confused why Infinity Ward chose to leave them out when there's a clear 'monetary incentive.'

Not only that, it provides more options to those who struggle to see certain colours, making the game more accessible as a whole.

Another downgrade from MW2019 to MW2 put forward was 'the camo unlock system in general' that, according to players, is a grind and significantly more tedious.

As expected, certain users mentioned 'the servers, ' which have been incredibly frustrating at times over the last few months. Finally, the 'movement' of MW2019 is missed by a lot of players as slide cancelling is not possible in MW2.

Whether Activision decides to implement any of these features in the future is a mystery, but custom reticles seem like a simple addition if they want to please the community.
