Few things have caused Call of Duty: Warzone problems quite like the Sun. No, this isn't a joke. It certainly seems silly from afar, but given the sheer sum of glitches and other problems that plague Warzone, there are plenty of things to focus on when it comes to decrying the game.
Of all the annoying problems, one of the things that seems to suffer from glitches the most is the Sun. But thankfully, the Sun is getting fixed by the devs. It's a sentence we didn't expect to say.
Why Is Warzone Nerfing The Sun?.
Following the Season 4 Reloaded update, there have been continued complaints that the Sun in Warzone has been cripplingly bright. Patches have come and gone, but for some reason, the problem just keeps coming back. Only recently, streamer TheTacticalBrit asked whether the Sun on Caldera is broken and added, "It's extremely bright."
Yet again, the complaints are running rife because the current build of Warzone still has some seriously wonky lighting. Players across Twitter and Reddit have been claiming that the battle royale favourite has made the sky too bright once again.
Luckily, though, Raven Software has addressed the problem and looks to be tackling the super-bright sun. "We are aware of an issue causing an unintentional change to Caldera's lighting," Raven said in a tweet that links to its roadmap Trello board. "A fix is being investigated." Finally, the oppressive sun is getting curbed.
When Is The Sun Fix Coming To Warzone?
Even though the fix seems relatively menial - remembering the bug is so prevalent across Call of Duty's timeline - it seems as though it'll get a quick and effective fix before it finds a way to work its way back again. It's probably safe to assume that whenever the next patch drops, presumably in the next week (or two at a push), the fix will come into place.
All being well, we should be able to see again in Warzone and get back to trying to secure the dub. Call of Duty: Warzone has suffered from unnatural light for too long. Finally, Caldera will be as dark as the bedrooms of its players and those invisible Roze skins will be back to their former glory. There's just no winning, is there?
