Whether you have a devoted team or follow a specific player and their every movement through the Call of Duty League, being able to replicate their skills and looks in-game is a key component of an esports community. After back-to-back seasons of being able to emulate Seth "Scump" Abner - or attempt to - with an OpTic logo slapped on your characters' back, Sledgehammer Games are set to continue to release the CDL team skins in Vanguard.

Call of Duty: Vanguard CDL Skins Leaked

With the CDL starter pack becoming available in-store for devoted esports fans to cop, the similarly plain outfits have been on the back end of a rather negative reception, although a splash of team colour may be more to the fans' liking.

Ahead of the first CDL major, it appears that the teams will have their own colours repped in-game once again, with the Call of Duty-designed jackets, and weapon camouflages being leaked.

Set to be rolled out as part of the Warzone Pacific Season 2 update, and prior to OpTic's first LAN in nearly two years, the team branding will likely add some spice to the ranked playlist that will also be added on February 14.

Typically, each team jersey will have a plain black body with their team colours padding out the arms and legs. Often coming under criticism for a lack of creativity, the CDL team skins will once again have a rather simplistic look to them, although this is likely intentional, having seen the Gentleman's Agreement be enforced on the flashier reactive camos in the past - what would be the point if the professionals would refuse to use them anyway?

Boston Breach Set To Miss Out On CDL Skins

Having only joined the Call of Duty League a matter of weeks before the season kicked off, Boston Breach is set to miss out on their CDL team skin in Vanguard

After a range of leaks surfaced showcasing the divisive jerseys, weapon wraps, and other team customisation features, eleven of the twelve CDL teams have been found, with the obvious admission being the Breach.

Despite the omission of a Boston Breach CDL team skin in the early leaks, the organisation have started the season off waving their flag proudly. Having seen the minimalistic reskins on each team, it can only be a matter of time before the Breach's branding is copied and pasted onto their first-ever in-game jersey.

The OpTic Texas Major will kick off on March 3, two weeks after Vanguard Season 2 has rolled out, and may be the first time we'll see all of the teams (except Boston) sport their in-game skins in a competitive setting.
