VALORANT might be known best for its tight gunplay, but it wouldn't be much without its globe-trotting maps.

The tactical shooter's leaps across Russia, New Mexico, Portugal, and even the Bermuda Triangle are big hits with fans, meaning the title feels like the most consistent in the modern gaming landscape when it comes to great tactical-level design.

There is plenty of speculation about what the next map could do for players, and where in the world it could take them - and it seems that superfans have a hunch abour where they'll be heading next.

Fans think VALORANT is headed to Los Angeles

Some players think that a new battle pass reveal has indicated where the next VALORANT map will take place, and it appears that it will be taking fans to one major US city.

A player card in the game's battle pass has been revealed, and it looks to show off a suburban area in Beverly Hills - of course, located in Los Angeles.

Though the new player card could just be a nice aesthetic addition, fans think it's deeper than that, and they expect that this is exactly where the new map will be set.

It's a fair presumption, and frankly, it'd be a good addition to the long list of locales that VALORANT has explored in the past. We'll definitely take the chance to shoot foes over the bonnet of a supercar.

The new map remains under wraps doe now, but it's expected that its reveal will be very, very soon. The map is expected to be a part of the new Episode 7, which is set to come out today (June 27).

A time hasn't been given by Riot Games just yet, but as per historical updates, we’re likely to see the game taken down at 8pm BST for the update, with it coming back online presumably around 10.

It's an exciting notion, and fans clearly can't wait to get stuck into the new map. It looks like LA sunsets are on the itinerary.
