Some partnerships really just 'click.' Peanut butter and jelly, Rick and Morty, The Weeknd and Ariana Grande, Fortnite and LEGO. The gaming giant and the Danish toy company seem like a match made in heaven, with Fortnite's colourful nature lending itself to this toy box of creativity.

We ended 2023 on a high, with LEGO Fortnite giving us a whole new way to play. While many of us stick with the classic Battle Royale mode, Fortnite expanded massively in 2023 with Fortnite Festival, Rocket Racing, and LEGO Fortnite. The latter has arguably been the most popular, but we've been rightly asking, "Where are our LEGO Fortnite sets?"

Fortnite LEGO sets are finally coming

We're surprised it's taken this long for Fortnite LEGO sets to release because up there with The Legend of Zelda, it's one the most-requested ideas for a collab. We're eating well in 2024, as alongside Zelda's Great Deku Tree set, we're finally getting a series of Fortnite LEGO.

Revealed on X (formerly Twitter) by iFireMonkey, there are four Fortnite LEGO sets, and for once, they aren't outrageously priced. The cheapest is the Durr Burger, recreating the iconic fast food chain for $14.99. The Supply Llama is next at $39.99 before we get into the big leagues of Peely Bone and the Battle Bus, costing $99 each.

These sets are due to land on October 1, meaning they're sure to be a major seller at Christmas. We're particularly impressed with Peely Bone for Halloween, but as you can imagine, the Battle Bus is the big talking point. Featuring a who's who of famous faces like Raven, Meowscles, and Brite Bomber, it'll be flying off shelves.

LEGO previously held an in-store event where you could build a mini Loot Llama in person, with the instructions later making their way online. Still, this marks a landmark moment for Fortnite, as it is the first time we're getting official sets with boxes and all.

With Fortnite LEGO having dipped in player numbers, the collab couldn't come at a better time. You don't get much bigger than LEGO in the toy world or Fortnite in gaming, so we knew it was only a matter of time until we were emptying our wallets for Fortnite LEGO.
