It will come as no surprise to hear that there's a new game-breaking glitch in Fortnite. Chapter 5 Season 3 has gone with the name 'Wrecked', but to be honest, that's how some of our nerves feel following this season of automotive chaos.

As soon as we got behind the wheel of Chapter 5 Season 3, it became clear that cars were an OP focus of the season - making it more like Rocket League than classic Fortnite. Although cars have been significantly nerfed, they've just become stronger than ever thanks to an 'invincible' car glitch.

Fortnite has a new invincible car glitch

Doing the rounds online, Fortnite's invincible car glitch is being pulled off thanks to the addition of the new Magneto Power Gauntlets. As shown above, you can use the Master of Magnetism's mythic weapon to push your teammate inside a cage when driving a car.

Your teammate then needs to use their own set of Magneto Gloves (or yours) to push the boss car out of the cage. The game is tricked into thinking the boss car is still in the cage, leaving you free to drive around in this indestructible machine of mayhem.

There's a notable catch with this one: Your teammate will then be stuck in the cage. You can use a boss medallion to free them, but with the doors open, your indestructible car will lose its invincibility. Still, if someone is willing to take one for the team, driving around in an invincible car is sure to come in handy for that final circle.

This seems like an evolution of the previous car glitch, where you could use powers from The Underworld to phase into cages. Epic was pretty quick on patching that one out, but like any good Fortnite glitch, it's found a way back into the meta.

Although the glitch can't be done in Solos, it's breaking the game as players can effortlessly stay alive in the car all game - ruining the lobby for other players. Unfortunately, the Epic Games team is currently on a summer break until July 12 (Friday), so the glitch could stay in the game for longer than expected.

Be warned that players should be careful because using this glitch could get you suspended or even banned. Cars have continued to be something that players in the community complain about, as they can be a pain to encounter, so this glitch definitely isn't going to help.
