eFootball is gearing up for life in a new season of domestic football, hot off the back of a summer filled with international football.
After Konami secured partnerships and licenses with gargantuan clubs like Arsenal, FC Barcelona, both Milan clubs, and more, the eFootball developers have now renewed its partnership with Manchester United FC for the fifth year in a row.
After five successful years together, Manchester United and Konami will partner for players' likenesses in eFootball, along with some new in-game items and a chance to see the Red Devils in action live.
Konami and Manchester United renew partnership with new eFootball Cards
To celebrate the partnership, eFootball will be launching a range of new player cards for Manchester United players, including a free Highlights card club captain Bruno Fernandes.
From 15th-29th August, all eFootball players will also be able to chance their arms - and right foot - at winning three different highly-rated Manchester United player cards and compete for an Epic: Paul Scholes card through a new limited-time Challenge.
"Our long-standing partnership has enabled the club to engage meaningfully with new and younger audiences as well as showcase the Manchester United brand in the digital entertainment world, an important sector for us as we look to the future," said Florence Lafaye, Commercial Director at Manchester United.
Konami announce giveaway for Manchester United tickets
Outside of eFootball, Konami and Manchester United will continue bringing together the animation title and real-life football, as the publisher will be taking gamers to Old Trafford.
One eFootball player will get two tickets to every Manchester United Home game for the rest of the Premier League 24/25 season (including domestic cups).
Players can enter the giveaway raffle here, to get up close and personal with the Cards in their team as the Red Devils and Eric Ten Hag look to challenge for the Premier League title again.
