Halo Infinite has been a treat, if not a reminder of how incredibly tough the game can be.
The launch of its multiplayer beta was an unexpected treat for many, but the real surprise lay in getting used to Halo gameplay once again, as many players had trouble adjusting to the style of the game after returning from the likes of Call of Duty and Battlefield.
But one gamer has drawn the attention of players in the Halo subreddit by racking up an incredible killstreak, while simultaneously being legally registered as blind.
Legally Blind Halo Infinite Player Gets Insane Killstreak
A player has shared in the gaming subreddit an amazing game's stats from Halo Infinite that has blown other gamers away. The statistics show that the player scored 28 kills in a single game, which is impressive by itself, even before you notice that they only died once.
But, it gets better - the player is legally blind.
In the comments, the poster reveals that they have tunnel vision in one eye, allowing them to see what's happening on screen by looking around the screen incredibly fast.
It's an amazing feat, and fans have been applauding the player's work in the comments.
Fans React To Blind Players' Killstreak
"I have good vision and I can't even come close to that", reads a comment on the subreddit post. "You are f**king amazing my man".
Even though this is a cool stat on its own, it's clear that this post has done much more than impress. Apparently, it's inspiring as well.
"I'm potentially going blind, and not being able to play video games is one of my biggest fears", says one commenter. "It's how I remain happy in such stressful times. I'm happy to see that you find a way even with limited vision."
This is an incredibly impressive win, especially as many can't reach such a killstreak even without impaired vision. Catch us trying to make up a K/D ratio that good.

Playing Halo 2 in third-person makes it better than ever
When you think of Halo you most likely categorise it as a first-person shooter, which makes sense since that is exactly what it is. At least, it was until modders shone a whole new light on Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, allowing players to experience Halo in the third person.
