If you're like us and are trying your hardest to contain the urge to rip open an early Christmas present, then we've got some news for you.
Warzone is dropping the best present of the year to its player base after a barrage of Christmas lists proved to be too much to handle.
Whether you're on the naughty or nice list this holiday season, it doesn't matter. After huge demand, Infinity Ward has implemented one of Warzone's most asked-for features. Loadout drops are back in the buy stations, and it's up to you to make this a permanent addition.
Loadout Drops Are Finally Added To Warzone 2 Buy Stations
Personal loadout drops were removed heading into Warzone, and despite promises that the sequel title will be its own game, it's now backtracked on another unique stance to reimplement the weapon cache's to the stations in Al Mazrah.
Heading into the Christmas period - where Activision will undoubtedly bank on players using store-implemented weapons in their gameplay (cash is king), loadouts drops are now coming into Warzone 2 for the first time.
The communal drops will still come into play from the second circle, allowing those who can't rack up the cash to still get their weapons and perks, although these will be less populated now.
Warzone 2 Loadouts Cost Up To $32,000
The catch? Wait, there's a catch? Of course, there is. Remember when the whole squad can pitch in a measly 2k for the loadout and you'd all be fresh with the finest guns money can buy? Well, this won't be returning.
This time, the loadout drops cost $8000 per person, no matter the size, Starting at $8K for solos, duos loadouts are priced at $16k, trios at $24k. This means that for quads, you'll need to somehow pull together $34000 to get your loadouts - four times more than it used to be.
The fate of loadouts also lies in your own palms. "The continuity of this feature will depend on the feedback we receive and the overall impact on the Battle Royale experience in Warzone 2," said the devs.
