One of the beautiful sights of a new EA FC game is seeing how professional players react to their own cards, as the football game series markets physical cardboard cutouts of Ultimate Team cards directly to the players themselves.
Gauging players' reactions as they are left ecstatic or in a dismal state at their own in-game stats has become a feature of every yearly launch, and this year is no different.
Most recently, Manchester United star boy Marcus Rashford was left in complete disbelief as his EA FC 24 Ultimate Team card revealed a shockingly low rating.
Marcus Rashford appalled by EA FC 24 rating
We've already seen the reaction of Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson with his EA FC card, as he was left in complete disarray at his mediocre 77 rating, ensuing mockery from his teammates saying, "It's not even a rare," "You're a non-rare, bro".
Now though, Marcus Rashford has been gritting his teeth, as the Manchester United man has one appalling stat, despite coming off the back of a stellar 30-goal season (in all competitions).
Whilst doing a promotional video with the Premier League, the pacey and powerful winger was flabbergasted to learn that his FIFA 23 defensive stat was 41, after predicting that it would be over 60.
"41? Am I that bad?!" he said.
This has increased for EA FC 24 though, by one, moving upwards in the tackling department up to 42.
"I'm shocked with this one, I can't lie. They can't put me lower. How can it be lower than a 41? A 41 doesn't even defend. 40?" he added.

Overall, Rashford has been given an 85 rating, which he was pleasantly surprised with, coming up from his score of 81 the year prior.
Still, though, the English left-winger thought that his dribbling and physical should both be higher, while he was satisfied with his shooting and pace after a beefy increase in both.
The Premier League video also featured Callum Wilson, Kaoru Mitoma, and Thiago Silva, all of whom were also left pretty pleased with their ratings.
