Finishing Moves have become a fan-favourite flex in Call of Duty after being added in 2019, with the increasingly punishing cut-scene kills being renowned for their notorious nature and hard-to-perform skill level.
Over the years, Activision has rolled out some wild variations of these moves, such as the King Kong-exclusive which launched foes' desecrated corpses across the map, and more are set to be introduced.
Now, in tandem with Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone Season 6's Halloween theme, Call of Duty has introduced some truly terrifying finishing moves and fans have been quick to snap them up.
MW2 Season 6 adds a bundle of Halloween Finishing Moves
With the Modern Warfare 2 Season 6 Battlepass already being hailed as one of the best that we've ever had, fans have now got down to grinding through the tiers to unlock the Finishing Moves.
Staying on trend, there are three Finishers to unlock in the Battlepass, and all of them come with a Halloween-themed helping hand and exert a lot of blood and gore.
Instantly, fans have agreed that these literal gut-wrenching kill moves are on par with the high standards set in Season 6, with one fan echoing the thoughts of the majority by saying, "Those are f**king awesome."
Another fan said, "These are outrageous looking, and certainly are different to the more standard ones we’ve had."
Call of Duty adds a Stranger Things-esque finishing move and fans love it
One of the finishers also warps you into Stranger Things' Vecna, where you erect your foe into the air and snap their limbs one by one, akin to how the troubled 'One' disposed of our resident Bluefille.
"God that witch one be taking people into the Upside Down," joked one fan.
This finisher was previously fan-made in the original Warzone title but has since been added to the sequel and Modern Warfare 2 in the form of a Halloween hack job.
The string of rough-and-tumble finishing moves are all now live in Season 6, where you'll either be snapping away at your enemy's heels or being sent to the gulag with an abundance of shin splinters.
