It's barely worth even mentioning at this point, but Call of Duty has an unbelievable sum of problems. Who knew?
It's synonymous with the game now, as Warzone has suffered glitches, bugs and hacks to such a degree that it becomes difficult to talk about the game without bringing them up. Vanguard may be slightly better off, but it's certainly not free of problems - the paywall is likely doing a lot of the heavy lifting of keeping hackers out.
But, it's not all doom and gloom, as the game keeps getting updates that enhance the experience even more. And now, a change that fans have wanted for months has finally arrived.
Vanguard Has Finally Fixed Its Aim Assist
Sledgehammer Games has confirmed that it's set to bring out a fix for its wonky aim assist, meaning that the change is definitely coming to Vanguard soon.
The aim assist for the game has suffered from a glitch that simply made it deactivate in scenarios over and over, making aim incredibly flippant and caused a lot of players to miss their kills. Luckily, though, Sledgehammer has made an announcement to confirm that they're looking at a fix.
It's good news that the game is finally set to get this fix after so long, and the game has been making attempt to steer further into competitive play - but that's not all.
Warzone Is Getting The Aim Assist Fix Too
Fans have wondered if the aim assist fix would naturally come straight to Warzone too if it landed in Vanguard first, and luckily, we've got good news from Sledgehammer Games.
"For those of you wondering, yes this fix will be coming to #Warzone soon!" reads their reply to their long Twitter thread, explaining the upcoming fix. "Peep @RavenSoftware for updates."
It's great news that this bug that has bothered players for so long is finally getting a fix, and hopefully, it means that the most serious of players won't have to suffer a broken assist any longer, no matter the way they enjoy Call of Duty.
