It's always exciting when a new weapon arrives in Moder Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, as it gives players the chance to experiment with loadouts and potentially create a meta-defining setup.

On top of that, new guns have a tendency to be slightly overturned and overpowered, so it's always a race for competitors to unlock all the attachments as soon as possible. Well, the latest weapon that's coming to the CoD arsenal is the M13C, the .300 BLK counterpart to the M13B.

Unfourtantly, players are extremely disappointed with the weapon before it has even been released, slamming it as a "carbon copy" of the M13B as the gun only has one different attachment.

MW2 players claim M13C is 'lazy' & too similar to M13B

Taking to the ModernWarfareII subreddit, user SnokeRenVader has criticised the M13C in WZ2 & MW2 for being a copy of the M13B, as it only "has 1 new attachment" in the form of a single stock.

As expected, this has frustrated a lot of CoD fans who look forward to checking out the new attachments and seeing how they affect the performance of the weapon.

"Goddamn I thought the new full-auto Deagle was the laziest new weapon ever but this is even worse," said one user, with another arguing, "I wish they gave more, maybe a sight or a grip."

Of course, not everyone agrees that no new attachments matter, with some making it clear that they're "cool with it as long as it functions differently enough from the regular M13." Ultimately, we'll just have to wait for the M13C AR to release to find out.

How to get the M13C in Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2

M13C AR

If you're keen on getting your hands on the M13C in Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2, you'll simply need to take part in the MW3 Reveal Event on August 17 at 6:30 PM BST / 1:30 PM ET / 10:30 AM PT in Warzone 2.

Getting involved will unlock the M13C, and you'll be able to start levelling up the weapon immediately. Then, you can test out the AR yourself and decide whether it's too similar to the M13B, in your opinion.
