Weekend One of the Modern Warfare 3 Beta has finally come to a close and as a whole, reception has been overwhelmingly positive from the CoD community.

Despite this, players still provided plenty of feedback for Sledgehammer, with a specific set of issues causing frustration when it comes to gameplay.

During the Beta, fans were sceptical over whether the devs would even listen to the complaints or make any substantial changes before MW3's release.

Well, Sledgehammer has shocked CoD players and taken a "huge W," after announcing that visibility, movement, and spawn alterations are on the way.

Taking to Twitter on October 10, Sledgehammer Games thanked the community for their feedback throughout Weekend One and revealed big changes are on the way.

According to them, the team is "hard at work on further improvements for Weekend Two" and is specifically looking to address the community's "top concerns."

For starters, the devs will be looking to improve "Operator visibility," as a lot of competitors complained about mistaking teammates for enemies, and not being able to identify foes in certain areas.

Sledgehammer will also be looking to alter "slide timing" to enhance movement, and "spawn selection," which has been a huge problem for players during Weekend One of the Beta.

This rapid response from the MW3 devs and direct communication has garnered significant praise from the Call of Duty community, who are shocked at how proactive Sledgehammer are being.

"Communication and quick updates… I don’t trust this, What’s the catch," joked one user, with another celebrating devs for "impressive communication and listening to the community, keep going please."

Weekend Two of the Beta is just around the corner, and with so many improvements on the way, Sledgehammer has a real opportunity to knock out of the park.

Community support is at an all-time high for the devs at the moment, and it's clear the excitement for MW3 is growing as we approach November 10.
