Although Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 reloaded is only just around the corner, bringing forth Ranked play to both multiplayer and Warzone, details of what's to come afterwards have started to emerge.

Maybe in a bid to combat leaks, Call of Duty themselves have started slipping in accidental hints for Season 2 content and players are lapping them up instantly.

In the week of S1 Reloaded, fans have now spotted some massive hints for the main Season 2 Operator and its weaponry.

Laswell hinted at as the next main Operator

Anyone who has paid any attention to the campaigns in the rebooted series (you can be forgiven if you haven't, this one sucked) will be familiar with one Kate Laswell.

The Station Chief operating under the alias of "Watcher-1" is the rebooted series' version of Shepherd as the reporting officer for Captain Price and Task Force 141.

Although we scarcely see her get in the trenches herself, we might now see Laswell appear as an Operator in Modern Warfare 3, as Call of Duty themselves eluded to.

Taking to the Instagram spin-off site Threads, Call of Duty showed off a "friends" list which included four pre-existing Operators in Ghost, Price, Graves, and Gaz, indicating that she will be "online" pretty soon.

MW3 Season 2 guns leaked by Activision themselves

Although two guns are coming in Season 1 reloaded, early imagery for Modern Warfare 3 Ranked has showcased one weapon that has not yet been announced or released.

Eagle-eyed fans have spotted the F2000 in the hands of a MW3 Ranked Iridescewnt Operator in the released Season 1 Reloaded imagery, almost confirming its inclusion in Season 2.

The F2000 was first featured in Modern Warfare 2 (2009), before featuring in MW3, and Vanguard.

So, Laswell, new guns, now all we need it a few new maps and Season 2 will near enough be leaked five weeks early.
