Stray is set to be one of the biggest game releases of July, and that's not bad for a cat game developed by a team that hasn't got a lot of titles under its belts.
The post-apocalyptic feline adventure has a lot of players excited with its concept alone, and it certainly doesn't hinder the game to look utterly stunning. Being free for Extra and Premium subscribers of PS Plus on day one, it could be the next video game success story - and we've got our fingers crossed for the titular ginger stray.
Stray Reveals Officially Branded Cat Backpack
If the game has got you as excited about cats in general as it has us, then there's great news - because new Stray merch is letting you take your own cat on an adventure of their own.
As the hype for Stray ramps up like never before, it looks like BlueTwelve is making the most of it, as it's launching its very own cat carrier backpacks so your cat can finally come on your adventures - though we hope they're not of the post-apocalyptic variety.
The backpack is kitted out with neon stripes and a Stray patch on the back, as well as a bubble for your furry friend to peer out of when it's closed. The backpack comes in at a hefty $139.99, but if you value your cat's sense of adventure and intrigue, it's definitely a worthwhile investment. The pre-orders are open now, and the site also offers a harness and leash branded after Stray if you want to take your pal on a more active expedition.
