Overwatch esports is gearing up for its inaugural OWCS World Finals, as the ball has started rolling for Stage 3 in NA/EU, and Stage 2 is well underway in Asia.

Hot off the back of a thrilling Esports World Cup, in which Crazy Raccoon doubled down on their dominance, the regional qualifiers have sparked the journey to the Grand Finals in Stockholm.

Today, Bizzard has revealed everything you need to know about the World Finals, in collaboration with DreamHack Stockholm. This includes the OWCS add-on for the tickets.

Blizzard announces OWCS World Finals DreamHack ticket information

As Overwatch returns to Europe for the first time in the better half of a decade, DreamHack Sweden will play host to the World Finals, continuing Blizzard's hand-in-hand relationship with ESL and FACEIT Group.

Tickets for DreamHack have been on sale for some time, but those who want to guarantee a seat for the OWCS will have to purchase a new add-on, which will go on sale as of August 22.

OWCS Platinum and Diamond Edition add-ons will be available, both of which come with a range of exclusive goodies. This includes the chance to meet your icons at signing sessions, grab-bags full of merch and in-game items, and have a behind-the-scenes tour of the event.

Prices will be revealed on August 22. "The Overwatch Champions Series has already exceeded our expectations, and we’re excited to cap off the year with our first-ever championship in Europe," Head of Overwatch Esports at Blizzard Entertainment Sean Miller said in a press release.

"Our first OWCS LAN showcased the continued appetite Overwatch 2 fans have for international competition, and we expect that passion and excitement to reach new heights in Stockholm," he added.

The OWCS World Finals has little input from previous Stages, as every game matters between now and then. There are no guarantees that any team will qualify - not even back-to-back Major winners Crazy Raccoon.

Only the best of the best from around the globe will fit into the eight slots available at the World Finals, and you can now book your ticket before the players can.
