We've already clocked that the new Warzone map, Vondel, is haunted, as flying doors have been soaring through the sky like UFOs.

But have you had players randomly go missing? Disappearing into the water and never resurfacing? Well, it seems like there's a reason why.

Warzone players have now found a huge network of underground tunnels in Vondel that link buildings to canals, and all you need is a strong set of lungs to operate in them.

Redditors have found a series of tunnels in the matrix of canals that run throughout Vondel, where passageways can be found by diving down and swimming along the walls. If anything, it'll make getting around the urban landscape a little easier.

"Zombot5825" found the network located in the village area south of the Market POI, which unlocks areas of the map that have previously been kept secret.

The tunnels open up a room which is locked from the other side, giving you full access to the loot if you manage to manoeuvre through the canal system first. It's a bit of a labyrinth down there, so be warned. Also, it's not much of a secret anymore.

Warzone players are loving Vondel's secrets

With the underground network now going viral on Reddit, many players have now expressed their love for the niche quirk, appreciating the attention to detail on the small map's design.

"Cool. One more way to run/hide from six-man death squad," said one fan. Another added, "Love seeing stuff like this in games".

According to the Redditor, this is available in both DMZ and Warzone Resurgence, although the required oxygen tank is less frequent in the battle royale game.

It might not be the only hidden passageway in Vondel either, as other players have found that there are a number of Easter eggs that can be started, but nobody has yet to crack them. The developers sure love an Easter egg hunt, and as the season goes on, expect the secrets to be broken wide open.
