Pokimane In Yet Another Potential Legal Battle With YouTuber TheQuartering
There's still no update about Pokimane's legal threats with Ninja. However, Pokimane could potentially have another legal battle on her hands.

Imane "Pokimane" Anys has potentially found herself potentially embroiled in yet another legal battle after being challenged by YouTuber Jeremy "TheQuartering" Hambly.
It wasn't very long ago when it appeared Pokimane had found herself in the middle of a legal battle against her fellow Twitch streamer Tyler "Ninja" Blevins after she was accused of "spewing lies" about him, following the drama with YouTuber "JiDion". Although, things have seemingly gone quiet since then, especially from Ninja's end, which was probably a huge relief for Pokimane.
However, just as Pokimane seemed to be out of the woods, controversial YouTuber TheQuartering has claimed that he is planning to take her to court.
Why Does TheQuartering Want To Take Pokimane To Court?
On January 31, TheQuartering took to Twitter to warn Pokimane to "get your team under control if you don't want to spend some time in court with me", without many more details as to the context. He then later shared a screenshot of an email he received, apparently from Pokimane's legal team, in which he was ordered to "immediately remove" her content which he had included in his videos.
The email further stated: "Pokimane is the copyright owner of the assets [...] I have a good faith relief that the use of the Infringing Content is not authorised by Pokimane, Pokimane's agents, or the law."
However, TheQuartering clearly wasn't prepared to sit quietly and quickly took to YouTube to explain why he had 'been forced to take Pokimane to court'. In the video he claimed that his videos are well within the rules and accused Corsearch, the company which sent the email, of "bullying" other content creators. The YouTuber claimed: "Essentially, anything that makes a creator look bad they'll bully and bend the law, in my opinion, to get people to remove that content."
Has Pokimane Responded To TheQuartering's Claims?
As of writing, Pokimane hasn't yet responded to TheQuartering's claims. However, TheQuatering has been nothing but vocal in criticising Pokimane in his video about the topic. Corsearch's email appeared to refer to two of the YouTuber's videos in particular where he seemingly included Pokimane's content. However, TheQuartering argued: "These videos from years ago - you're bringing them back up to the surface now. Why? This is a pretty big oopsie, and I highly recommend she call off her dogs because what they're doing is obviously not above board."
On the same day TheQuatering made the claims, Pokimane announced that her contract with Twitch had come to an end, so clearly her attention was elsewhere. However, whether or not a legal battle will erupt between the two remains to be seen.
