A physical version of the Star Wars Heritage Pack is being released, but not everyone will be able to access it as it is a North America exclusive release.
The pack, from Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games, includes seven of the classic Star Wars titles.
What is included in the bundle?
The seven titles which will be included in the Star Wars Heritage Pack include:
- Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
- Star Wars: Republic Commando
- Star Wars: Episode I Racer
- Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
- Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
While five of the games are on the cartridge itself, the two Knights of the Old Republic Games will need to be downloaded to the Switch console.
When will the Heritage pack be available?
The physical edition of the Star Wars Heritage Pack will launch in North America on 8 December 2023, just in time for the holidays.
Pre-orders are available online at all major retailers including Target, Best Buy and Amazon, with the cartridge priced at $59.99. Surprisingly, this is cheaper than the eShop edition which is currently available at $79.99.
A physical release has not yet been announced outside of North America.
For European players who want to be able to experience the seven games for themselves, it is currently available on the eShop for £68.09 or 75,70€.
