When Fortnite came to fame there were few more formidable duos than Turner "Tfue" Tenney and Dennis "cloakzy" Lepore. The former FaZe partners were quickly becoming two of the most-watched content creators in the world with their success on the battle royale, and their competitive nature saw them become the cream of the crop in 2018.

Having won the 2018 Fortnite Fall Skirmish, earning a whopping $510,000 split between them, the duo became widely recognised within the realms of FPS shooters, and have since gone on to conquer titles like Apex Legends and Warzone too, albeit separately.

The pair split as teammates in 2019, but decided to roll back the years with the introduction of the Fortnite No Build aka Zero Build game mode, and with the addition of a third player in Tyler "scoped" Appleby, they've trounced the competition once more.

Tfue and Cloakzy Win $100,000 In Fortnite Twitch Rivals

Having seen Fortnite do away with building, the OG's have flocked back to the title and some stacked names took to the Twitch Rivals Creator Series in the first tournament without ramps and cracked 90s.

Having previously split up, due to a dispute where Tfue turned down a $140,000 sponsorship with EA's Madden to compete in the Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS), but Cloakzy accepted, the two joined forces for the first time in three years.

Competing against the likes of Nick "NICKMERCS" Kolcheff and Nick "NickEH30" Amyoony, the reunited trio clocked up an impressive 135 points, which cleared second place by 20. Cloakzy, Tfue, and Scoped took home the $21,000 first-place prize, which was split between the squad.

Other players such as Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, Ali "Myth" Kabbani, and Nathan "NateHill" Hill all placed in the top five on respective teams, whilst Felix "xQc" Lengyel and Tyson "TenZ" Ngo both failed to make much of an impact on their squads.

It appears that the beef between Cloakzy and Tfue has now been squashed, and with the Fortnite No Build era continuing, the duo could be set to reign over the scene once again.

In other news, Fortnite has just received another update and it looks like it is setting the stage for Tilted Towers to once again be destroyed.
