Apex Legends pro Jordan 'Reps' Wolfe has revealed the best gun to use for Ballistic's Sling Passive in Season 17 of Respawn's shooter.

Ballistic is the latest character to arrive on the Apex Legends roster, but the Refined Gunslinger has already had a significant impact on the meta.
According to Apex Legends Status, he's maintaining an impressive 10.5% pick rate, which makes him the second most popular Legend in the game, just behind Pathfinder.
One of Ballisitic's strongest abilities is his Sling Passive, which allows him to hold onto an extra weapon. When combined with his Tempest Ultimate, this extra gun becomes gold tier for a short amount of time.
As a result, choosing which weapon to place in the Sling is an important decision, and luckily, TSM pro Jordan "Reps" Wolfe has revealed which one you should be using.
TSM Reps reveals best weapon to use with Ballistic
TSM pro player Reps has been putting in a lot of hours with Ballistic, so it's safe to say he's experienced with the Refined Gunslinger.
After testing out multiple weapons, he's revealed that the 'Mozambique is the best Sling gun for sure.' This is because you get the Hammerpoint Rounds hop up and you just 'spam everything' for huge amounts of damage.
While the Mozambique is 'crazy' for Ranked, Reps did note that the Rampage may be a better option for pros in competitive.
Alternative top-tier Ballistic Sling guns in Apex Legends
The Mozambique may be the top-tier option for the Sling, but what if you want to run something different or just don't like the mini shotgun?

- Mozambique

So, if you're looking to take your Ballistic gameplay to the next level, it may be worth following Reps' advice and picking up the Mozambique in Apex Legends.
The pint-sized shotgun is unmatched at close-range and with its signature hop-up equipped, it can make short work of a whole squad if you're accurate.
