From the miraculous hands that saved hundreds of lives in Two Point Hospital and the brilliant minds that forged Two Point Campus, Two Point Studio's next adventure is getting a little bit prehistoric - or Stone Aged or Ancient Egyptian. Whatever stop in history that tickles your fancy.
As the third title in the Two Point series, published by SEGA, you'll be channelling your inner Ben Still and spending many nights in a museum called the aptly named Two Point Museum.
Two Point Museum is the latest
The simulation series previously gave us a spiritual successor to Theme Hospital and then put us back in education on a student campus. This time, you're challenged to preserve history and display it in a way which will bring the fossils to life.
By gathering teams of archaeologists to send on expeditions for dinosaur bones or unearthing ancient temples to find long-lost artefacts, you'll be tasked to display your goods in the best way possible, as a star-scoring system will encourage you to be family-friendly. Anyone who used to play Bullfrog's Theme Park games knows the formula.
But it's not just a case of "look at this shiny skeleton," as Two Point Museum will have a Ben Stiller touch as malicious hands will be looking to cause mayhem. Two Point warns, "The elements, vandals, thieves, and mischievous children" will all threaten your museum, and you need to protect your exhibits while still drumming up a successful business model.
After Hospital and Campus were both available on the PS4 and Xbox One, SEGA revealed that Museum will only be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox X|S. This makes it the latest new-gen game to ditch last-gen consoles. Two Point has also yet to pen in a release date for Two Point Museum, with updates promised to come soon.
