When it comes to meta SMGs in Warzone 2, the ISO 45 and Lachmann Sub stand out as the top-tier options for close-quarter combat.

Both have unbelievably high pick rates and deal devastating damage, but their overwhelming popularity means other brilliant SMG options are being slept on.

One, in particular, is going under the radar at the moment despite having a laser beam recoil pattern and unmatched mobility stats. According to WhosImmortal, this makes the underrated SMG one of the best options for aggressive players who love to outplay their opponents.

  • Ammunition: 5.7X28mm Overpressured

The FSS Hurricane is criminally underrated, and although it doesn't have the TTK stats of the Lachmann Sub or ISO 45, it certainly makes up for it in other areas.

Analysing the stats, WhosImmortal points out that while other SMGs drop off in terms of damage after 10m, the FSS Hurricane doesn't, making it extremely consistent.

On top of that, it has a 50 Round Mag by default, which means you can focus an extra attachment to elevate the gun's mobility even more. As a result, you'll be able to run rings around your opponents, especially if you're a player who loves pushing foes and taking aggressive gunfights.

How popular is the FSS Hurricane in Warzone 2?

FSS Hurricane

According to WZRanked, the FSS Hurricane has an extremely low pick rate of just 0.9%, which puts it twenty-sixth in the overall popularity rankings.

The gun certainly deserves more attention and is ideal for competitors who aren't afraid to test out an off-meta pick. With unique strengths compared to other options in the SMG category, the FSS Hurricane is well-worth testing out, especially if you're bored of the typical go-to weapons.
