Warzone expert WhosImmortal has recommended an underrated SMG that's "super easy" to use and could replace the now-nerfed WSP Swarm.

The WSP Swarm has been the king of the close-range meta in Warzone since the MW3 integration, dominating the pick rates in Season 1.
With Season 1 Reloaded, the devs finally took action against the gun and hit it with a set of nerfs. While this hasn't pushed it out of the meta, it has opened the door for alternative options.
However, testing these other SMGs can be time-consuming and hard work, so it's often better to let an expert do the thinking for you. Luckily, WhosImmortal has identified an underrated submachine gun that's both easy to use and has a solid TTK.

For WhosImmortal, the WSP-9 is looking like "one of the top-tier SMGs now," following the nerf to the deadly WSP Swarm.
First of all, the SMG is "super easy" to use, which is a strength that's often undervalued, given how much emphasis is put on damage output. If the recoil is simple to control, you're guaranteed to hit more shots, which results in more consistent gameplay.
That doesn't mean the WSP-9 is slacking in the damage department, though, with it wiping out any foes in its path with ease. Its slower fire rate also means it's fairly forgiving if you miss a few shots.
Finally, the iron sights on the WSP-9 are not the best, so it's advised you opt for the MK. 3 Reflector so every shot hits the target.
How popular is the WSP-9 in Warzone?
Clocking in a 1.7% pick rate according to WZStats, the WSP-9's stock is certainly creeping up following Season 1 Reloaded. This is likely because WSP Swarm fans are realising the gun doesn't have the same kick post-nerf and are now looking for the next top-tier SMG.
With options like the HRM-9 and Striker 9 still holding strong at the top of the rankings, the WSP-9 has tough competition - but you're definitely missing out if you don't give it a try.
