Given that VALORANT fans have been plundering money into the crowd-funded Champions prize pool through the in-game bundle, wouldn't it be nice if there were some opportunities to get something back in return?
Well, that's exactly what is happening. VALORANT fans could be about to get a bucket-load of freebies. Together with Prime Gaming and Surf Giveaways, Riot Games is dishing out rewards, with some massive opportunities on-hand. These include one $2,500 collection and tickets to go to the Champions Grand Final.
VALORANT partners with Amazon and Surf Giveaways for Prime Gaming haul
Throughout the VALORANT Champions Tour Playoffs, Prime Gaming and Surf Giveaways will be dishing out daily rewards to fans who enter and watch the series unfold. Starting today (August 16), people can enter a draw where three lucky fans will win a coup of VALORANT Champions-themed goodies, worth $250.
There will also be one "Primary Giveaway," which will take place on August 26. Here, entrees can earn prizes worth $2,500. Only two winners will be drawn, with a first and second prize on offer.
One winner will earn a "plethora of merchandise and gaming hardware," which has been valued to be worth over $2,500. Prizes include "a VALORANT Secretlab chair, Phoenix Statue, VALORANT Clutch Beanie, and more."
Runner Up: Two runner-up prize winners will receive merchandise and gaming equipment including, Tactibear Plush, VALORANT Clutch Beanie, HyperX Pulsefire Mat - Gaming Mouse Pad, and more valued at over $500 US in value. Details on how to enter can be found on this website.
VALORANT is giving away free VCT Champions tickets through Prime Gaming
On the first day of the giveaways (and the first day only), August 16, Riot Games will be dishing out six free tickets to the winners of the Prime Gaming giveaways.
The first three daily winners of the giveaways will be able to add two tickets (each, so three pairs of two tickets) to their valued prize hauls. The tickets will be eligible for the VCT Champions finals in Los Angeles and will give the six lucky recipients access to the sold-out event at the Kia Forum.
Champions is shaping up to be heading towards a thrilling climax, as the Group Stages are now over, and only eight teams remain to brave through a tough double-elimination bracket to be crowned champions of VALORANT.
