Remember the stim glitch in Warzone? Well, here's its big brother.
The stim glitch was one of the worst bugs to ever hit the Call of Duty battle royale, as players would simply hide in the storm until everyone else perished to the chemically charged gas circle, sticking themselves with a health boost every two seconds.
Now, there's a gas mask glitch here, and you could last in the gas circle for eternity, completely ruining the integrity of the game.
A game-breaking gas mask glitch is plaguing Warzone
The Gas Mask lets you stay hidden within the circle for quite a substantial amount of time, ticking one of the five health bars away every three seconds, which can be key when you want to stay hidden from those players who camp at the edge of the circle.
But now one player has taken to social media to show off a new glitch which lets you duplicate the gas masks and store them in your backpack.
Ex-Call of Duty professional turned Warzone competitor Rasim "Blazt" Ogresevic has showcased that by dropping certain items out of your backpack and picking up a gas mask, it duplicates the headgear in every slot available, meaning you can create five masks from one, and it can be repeated for as long as you want.
Players can then continue to equip new gas masks and stay in the storm for as long as they possibly want to, beating out the stim glitch for the most broken bug ever found in Warzone.
Warzone fans beg developers to address the unlimited gas mask glitch
Unlike with other bugs, there's a very low chance that the Warzone developers would remove gas masks, given their importance in the game, which means players have been taking to social media to implore that Raven Software and the other Warzone studios should come together to address this "ASAP".
"Please get this out of the game ASAP", said the popular Call of Duty page ModernWarzone.
Another said, "oh god please fix", while a third added, "It’s hilarious because it’s the exact same duplication they patched in MWZ".
One player did point out that "gas masks go down in your backpack in gas anyways so it would be pointless to stack it in your backpack," but that doesn't stop them from being duplicated on the spot for anyone hiding in the storm.
The duplication glitch appears to work for all items too, which means Zombies fans could also use this to craft hundreds of Ray Guns... If you're going to be that person, at least do it properly.
