How to get The Hunt event badge in Adopt Me!
Here's everything you need to know about earning The Hunt badge by playing the Roblox game Adopt Me!, including a step-by-step guide on what to do.
Collecting all the badges in Roblox's The Hunt is quite a challenge, and to earn one of them you'll need to complete a series of tasks in Adopt Me!
I’ve outlined every step you need to follow right here so you can grab the badge as quickly as possible. If you've never played the game before, you're going to need to go through the tutorial quickly. Don’t worry, it doesn’t take long - I blasted through it in a few minutes.
Every step for completing The Hunt badge in Adopt Me!
After completing the brief tutorial you’re free to crack on with challenges to get the badge. Here's how to begin the challenge:
- Click on the backpack and select the Gift option
- It will ask to transport you to the Gift display - select Yes
- From here head right to the three portals that are visible through the trees
- In front of the portals chat with a chap named Tom who will give you the task of finding three cogs - one in each portal
Once you've spoken with Tom, you can go into each portal and complete the necessary challenges to earn the cogs. Below, I'll go over what you need to do in each one, going from left to right.
Left portal
In this portal, you'll need to collect three crabs and take them to the pen right next to the entrance. The crabs will move around, but they’re easy enough to find. To pick them up simply approach them and hit the prompt on the screen.
Middle portal
The middle portal is a bit more involved than the first but it’s still quite simple. Upon arriving, you'll talk to someone called Burt, who will proceed to pop the cog in one of five presents and then move them around.
Your job is to follow the cog and select the correct present at the end. Once this has been completed four times, you can move on to the next portal.
Right portal
That last portal features a tiles game that you might recognise from Squid Game. Here, you'll have to work your way across the tiles, selecting the safe ones that can carry your weight or else you'll fall.
This will be random for each player, but the weak tiles will shake slightly before falling, so the key here is to be patient and pay attention. Fortunately, there is also a checkpoint at the halfway stage.
