- Unlock Cape Canaveral Infinite mode in Anime Adventures
- Play through the Cape Canaveral Infinite mode until you are able to obtain Jio's Bone
- Obtain 36 Sinner's Souls by defeating 36 bosses in either Legend Stage or Cape Infinite
- Absorb the souls by using Jio's Bone in your inventory
Once you've done this, the Green Baby should appear in your inventory, letting you use it and reap all of the rewards.
