If you're looking for everything you need to know about Assassin's Creed Nexus VR, then look no further - we have everything from gameplay details to the platforms it will release on.
Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR brings with it a lot of firsts, which is particularly exciting for long-term fans of the series. Not only is this the first Assassin’s Creed game in VR, as well as the first first-person Assassin’s Creed game, but it’s also the first title to feature three playable Assassins from different eras.
We learned plenty about Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR at the Ubisoft Forward event in June 2023, so here’s a rundown of all of that information, including gameplay details and what platforms to expect the game on.

Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR gameplay details
In an extended gameplay trailer for Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR, we got a glimpse of what it will be like to play this exciting new title. What excites us most is that we’re able to play as Connor, Ezio, and Kassandra - all within their respective time periods.
Featuring first-person gameplay, players will be able to parkour around 15th-century Venice, ancient Greece, or during the American Civil War. Iconic weapons such as the Tomahawk Axe, a bow, and hidden blades can all be seen in effect.
It looks as though missions will be structured around identifying enemies and taking them out in creative ways. Combat seems fairly intuitive, too, with weapons and gadgets all placed around the body of the player to be grabbed at will.
Of course, there are leaps of faith, too. We’re not looking forward to trying that part of the game out quite as much, despite Ubisoft promising accessibility features aplenty.
