Downsize Surprise
Here's where to find all of the collectibles in the Downtown Surprise level of Astro Bot.

There are seven Hidden Bots, three Puzzle Pieces, and a Lost Galaxy to find in the Downsize Surprise level in Astro Bot.
Follow this walkthrough to discover the location of each collectable in the level.
Hidden Bots
Bot 1
Shortly after starting the level, look to your right to see Bot 1 hanging from a tree in a cage. Downsize and jump up into the cage using the mushrooms next to it. Once inside, return to normal size to smash open the cage from the inside.
Bot 2
In the back left corner of where you found Bot 1, look for a stack of three crates. Break these, and head through the revealed gap by downsizing yourself. You’ll find Bot 2 hidden in here, wrapped up in cobwebs.
Bot 3
Bot 3 is fast asleep in their bedroom, tucked underneath their blanket. There’s a small gap at the foot of the bed, which you can sneak under by downsizing yourself. When under the covers, make yourself normal-sized again to wake up the sleepy bot.
Bot 4
Shortly after exiting the bedroom, you’ll enter a garden area. Bot 4 can be found tending the garden, so he’s a relatively easy find.
Bot 5
When scaling the tree in the garden, look for a branch with a bird's nest in it. You’ll find Bot 5 chilling in here.
Bot 6
After finding Bot 5, look to the left of the next area to see a jump pad covered by glass. Break the glass by double jumping on it and using your laser legs.
Then, pull the cord on the frog that’s at the far end of the platform to make it start blowing bubbles. Downsize yourself, and ride the bubbles up to find Bot 6 trapped in a cage. Jump inside while small, then make yourself big again to break him out.
Bot 7
After walking through the corridor full of cogs, look to your left when you exit out onto the platform. You’ll see Bot 7 hanging on for dear life.
Puzzle Pieces
Puzzle Piece 1
After climbing up the missing bricks to the first platform of the level, look for a tree stump to the left. Pull it open and downsize to find Puzzle Piece 1.
Puzzle Piece 2
When you enter the bedroom, look to the right to see the second Puzzle Piece hiding in a vent. Downsize yourself and complete the platforming section up the wall to reach it.
Puzzle Piece 3
Puzzle Piece 3 is located at the top of the clock face, shortly after you find Bot 7. This is a bit of a tricky one to get, so prepare for the platforming to get a bit finicky.
I collected this one by waiting for the second hand of the clock to rotate around to the left and then used it to platform up to the Puzzle Piece. However, if you mistime your jump or fall, you need to wait a full minute for the hand to come back around again. Be patient with it, and you’ll get it eventually!
Lost Galaxy
The Lost Galaxy for this level is found in the same place as Bot 6. Ride the bubbles up a little further, and you’ll be able to reach some of the higher branches of the nearby tree.
Jump around to the far side of the tree and hit the button to reveal the hidden Lost Galaxy ending.
