The Baldur's Gate 3 Finish the Masterwork quest can be picked up in the Blighted Village, by finding Highcliff's Journal in the burned blacksmith's house, located at (X:30, Y:425).
Reading the journal begins the quest and mentions a set of blueprints, which you'll need to find nearby.
To find the Masterwork blueprints, head into the next room of the burned house, and destroy the web covering on the floor. The easiest method is to burn it with a cantrip or spell.
Jump down into the hole to make it into the basement of the house, and you can find a wooden chest inside containing Highcliff's Blueprints. This will now point you toward collecting an item called Sussur Tree Bark, which is a key ingredient for making the Masterwork Weapon.
