The KV Inhibitor is quite the hole-puncher in the Modern Warfare 3 Beta, sending lethal rounds straight through the head and soul of your enemies.
But if you want to get back to those old-school highlight-reel performances of the Intervention in the game, now that the MW2 maps are here, then you definitely need to use this Best KV Inhibitor MW3 Beta loadout, attachments, class, and perks.

Best KV Inhibitor MW3 Beta loadout
Attachments
- Barrel: VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor
- Barrel: Kas-12 584mm Mod Barrel
- Laser: SL Razorhawk Laser Light
- Stock: Ivanov Wood Stock
- Rear grip: Broadside Factory Grip
First things first, the standalone KV Inhibitor is not the best sniper in the world, but with a bunch of attachment tweaks, you can soon be on to a winner, so with some patience, you'll first want to level up to unlock the VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor. This will keep you off the radar and its cons are not noticeable, especially when combined with the Kas-12 584mm Mod Barrel, which adds that missing range and velocity.
Add on a SL Razorhawk Laser Light and Broadside Factory Grip for some aiming stability and speed, and you're nearly there with a lovely long-range sniper that can also mix it up when things get hairy up-close.
Some players have found the default variable zoom sight a little too much, so you can also equip an optic, but we'd advise throwing on the Ivanov Wood Stock for even more stability and precision at long-range.

Best KV Inhibitor MW3 Beta class: Equipment & perks
Perks
- Gloves: Quick Grip
- Gear: Mission Control
- Vest: Gunner
- Secondary: Striker
Equipment
- Lethal: Frag
- Tactical: Flash
- Field Upgrade: ACS
The most important element of this best KV Inhibitor loaodut is the Gunner Vest and the Striker, as the Vest serves as Overkill and allows you to have a back-pocket SMG when enemies are too close.
Following up with a medley of Quick Grip and Mission Control, your perks will help you stay alive in some tight situations.
Finally, the A.C.S is a fun decoy to use as a sniper, drawing people onto objectives before picking them off, and a well-placed flash and frag can remove anyone from behind head-glitches or cover.

How to unlock the KV Inhibitor in MW3
The KV Inhibitor is the default sniper in MW3, meaning it will be automatically unlocked when you load into the Beta for the first time.
Best KV Inhibitor alternative in MW3
If the KV Inhibitor isn't for your liking, the Longbow is your go-to, which offers a lot more ADS speed and is more viable for quick-scoping.
This sniper does have its drawbacks though as it is only unlocked at level 28 of the Beta, so you'll have to put in some hours to get it in your hands, unless you have the Vault Edition, where it will be free (and have two blueprints available).
There is also the MTZ Interceptor Marksman Rifle which can be quite fun in the right hands as an auxiliary sniper.
Now you've conquered the sniping meta, why not take a look at another SMG like the Rival-9 loadout, or checkout our MW3 homepage for more.
