While perhaps not quite as exciting as the weapons and maps lists, Equipment and Field Upgrades are still an essential part of your kit in Black Ops 6 and definitely something to take note of. Check out a full list of what's been confirmed for the game.
All confirmed equipment
With the multiplayer overview of Black Ops 6 in August, we now know what to expect when it comes to the game's full equipment selection.
Tactical
- Concussion - Slows victim's movement and aiming
- Flashbang - Blinds those caught in the blast
- Stim Shot - Heals wounds and refreshes sprint for more survivability
- Prox Alarm - Sticky alarms that go off when enemies are close
- Decoy - Simulated footsteps and gunfire to confuse and distract enemies
Lethal
- Frag - Cookable explosive
- Sticky Grenade - Sticks to whatever it touches, and has a timed fuse
- Thermo Grenade - Creates a large cloud of fuel that explodes
- Blast Trap - Planted explosive that detonates when enemies come near
- Combat Axe - A on-hit kill axe that bounces on surfaces
Much of your standard fare is here, with no major omissions as far as the typical equipment selection goes.
All confirmed Field Upgrades
- Assault Pack - Drop a box of ammo and equipment to resupply
- Trophy System - A defence system that destroys enemy projectiles
- Neurogas - A trap which emits a gas cloud, disorienting and damaging victims
- Acoustic Amp - Amplifies the sound of enemy footsteps for a time
- Sleeper Agent - Appear as a friendly to the enemies for a time, with kills extending the time
A mix of new and old Field Upgrades, which should add a new dynamic and tactical options to multiplayer gameplay.
