The Black Ops 6 beta is here, with the full release of the game not too far away. While your level in the beta won't carry over to the full game, there are some rewards for progressing through the available ranks that will.

Here are some tips for levelling up quickly and making the most of the beta period, that don't rely on you being a god-like player.

How to level up fast

Challenges, challenges & challenges

There are always fresh challenges daily and weekly, allowing you to get large amounts of XP from hitting the criteria needed to complete them. It's a good idea to focus on the challenges available to you, especially ones that seem easy.

Double XP weekends & Tokens

COD will often have double XP events that take place over a weekend or for special occasions. Playing as much as possible during these times can help you fly through the levels.

Double XP Tokens are similar, but these are activated by you and have much shorter durations. You can usually get these through promotions with brands associated with COD - like the current Monster Energy promotion, or from the Battle Pass.

Objective-based game modes

Game modes based around objectives, such as Domination or Hardpoint, are some of the highest XP-earning modes available to players. Playing the objective here can net you more consistent XP than just going for kills, and it really makes a difference over a few hours of play.

Skill-based XP gains

While the three tips above can apply to players of any skill level, frankly you need to be very good to make the most of some others. Getting lots of kills and building a scorestreak isn't an easy task, but you will garner a lot of experience if you can do it.

Just playing more of the game, unlocking weapon attachments, getting familiar with the guns and maps, and learning a playstyle that suits you can contribute to this - but it all comes down to you ultimately.

I'll also add that playing with some friends who you can trust and perform well with will also make this easier.
