- Obtain 5,000 Fragments

The best way to get all of the Beli that you need is to complete quests and defeat various NPCs, as they will give you plenty of currency as you progress towards the 2.5m target. For Fragments, you will want to complete Fruit Raids, as it should only take a few in order to reach the 5,000 target.

He can be found at the rear of the island and has a 15-30% chance of dropping the key after he is defeated, so it is likely that you will fight the boss several times before you can get the key to drop.
