Is Call Of Duty On Switch?
Call of Duty on Switch would be perfect as you can lay down on your bed and play the game portably or experience the game on the big screen TV. However, are there any Call of Duty games on Switch?
Call of Duty on Switch is a dream for many fans of the popular first-person shooter. Being able to take the Call of Duty campaign on the go and experience the multiplayer experience anywhere with a good wi-fi connection sounds amazing. Can you actually play these incredible Call of Duty games on the Switch, however? Find out below.
- Call of Duty: MW2 will be getting two fan-favourite modes coming back, including Cranked.
Can You Play Call Of Duty On Switch?
At this point in time, there is no way to play a Call of Duty game on Switch. Neither Call of Duty: MW2, nor Call of Duty: Warzone is available on the platform. You can't even play Call of Duty Mobile on Nintendo's hybrid system.
The last time a Call of Duty game was on a Nintendo system is Ghosts, arguably one of the worst entries in the series. That was back in 2013 when it was released on the Wii U. Now, with a more popular system like the Nintendo Switch (which has sold over 114 million consoles worldwide) it is a surprise that the Call of Duty series has never had an entry on the platform.

Is There Any Hope For Call Of Duty On Switch?
Late last year, hope arose for Call of Duty on Switch as the head of Xbox Phil Spencer agreed to a 10-year deal to place the series on Nintendo's platform. This deal has likely been made to help government agencies approve Microsoft's acquisition of Activision. Spencer, in doing this, likely hopes to prove that Microsoft won't keep Call of Duty exclusive to itself.
"Call of Duty specifically will be available on PlayStation; I'd love to see it on the Switch," said Phil Spencer to The Verge's Tom Warren. "I'd love to see the game playable on many different screens; our intent is to treat CoD like Minecraft."
Basically, if the Activision acquisition deal doesn't go through, it's unlikely that Call of Duty will be on Switch. Only time will tell if this series will come back to Nintendo consoles soon.
