There are a number of modes that are useful for warming up, such as Deathmatch, 1v1, Retakes, and movement. You can find servers for these in the community browser.

Sometimes you need a warmup before diving into competitive Counter-Strike 2 to really get your aim snappy, your game sense on point, and your movement smooth. I've covered some practice modes and servers I recommend for when you need a warmup.

Deathmatch
Why Deathmatch?
The classic way of training your aim while also getting familiar with fighting on the maps you'll be playing in competitive mode is Deathmatch. You'll simply be put in a free-for-all with other players, and tasked with killing as many as possible until the timer runs out.
Deathmatch is great because you train how you want. You can practice aim generally, to make sure you're adept at flicking to enemies or controlling your spray.
You can learn specific weapons or maps too, even limiting yourself to a certain part of a map; for example, practising defending A Long on Dust II to get used to the sightlines and where to anticipate enemies.
Servers
For Deathmatch I recommend using warmupservers.net. They have quality servers in every major continent, and always have space available for players. You may even run into some pros while playing.
1v1
Why 1v1?
1v1 is a useful warmup and practice mode for situations when it's just you and another player. It's exactly what it says on the tin, putting you against another player at random in quick rounds that end when all the players have won their respective duels.
They take place in small arenas that are often based on real maps and are a good test of raw skill: aim, peeking, and response time.
Servers
I recommend CYBERSHOKE.NET servers for your 1v1 needs. They have a big presence in Europe specifically, with a tonne of populated servers at any given time.
Retake
Why Retake?
Retake is another simple mode, tasking players with defending or retaking a site on official maps to practice their respective roles.
It's a solid way of getting used to the sites you'll be defending or attacking often, and also lets you practice things like grenade throws or specific tactics you might want to employ with friends in games.
Servers
Retake has a lot of different servers. CYBERSHOKE.NET has several popular retake servers in Europe and North America, Europe is also home to QUICKPLAY.GG and XPLAY.GG, so you will have plenty to choose from.
Movement (KZ, BHOP, Hide & Seek)
Why movement?
Movement is a catch-all for game modes like KZ, BHOP, and Hide & Seek. KZ is a mode where you work through vertical obstacle courses, making difficult jumps that require proficient strafing.
BHOP are courses where you have to bunny hop from platform to platform, making it to the end of the course as quickly as possible. Finally, Hide & Seek (HNS) is a versus movement mode where you either chase or evade, with maps built around ladder movement, surfing, strafe jumps, and more.
While these won't directly improve your gameplay in obvious ways, nailing the movement mechanics of Counter-Strike is useful, and can come in handy for avoiding enemies or getting somewhere quickly.
For example, learning something as simple as strafing up a ladder and dismounting properly can save you a good time when running to a site at the start of a round. Knowing how to strafe jump can also help you make jumps only possible with boosts, such as the T-side silo on Nuke.
