To find Grass in Cult of the Lamb, you will need to go crusading through one of the dungeons, however, Darkwood - which is an earlier area - is your best bet for gathering tonnes of Grass. Grass can be found by cutting down bushes or tall grass, which is prevalent in the various rooms, and each one will net you at least one piece of Grass. So if you ever need to farm the resource, head to Darkwood and chop down everything you see.
