Dead by Daylight Malicious Emblem: How It Works
Essentially, the Malicious emblem rewards Killers for being massive bullies. It is all about attacking Survivors, putting them up on hooks, and preventing them from healing or escaping.
You gain one point for successfully hitting a Survivor, then two points for putting them on a hook. You then get a further two points for each hook state that Survivor reaches. You do not lose any points for Survivors being unhooked, so letting them get away is simply a chance to gain more points.
The only way you lose points is when Survivors heal or escape your grasp. You lose one point when either of those things happens, incentivising Killers to keep up the pressure and not allow Survivors to get away with anything.

Dead by Daylight Malicious Emblem: How To Get Iridescent
To get the iridescent emblem, you need to get a total of 36 Malicious points. It takes two hits to down a Survivor, so with four Survivors that is eight points from getting them all into a death state. There are three hook states that Survivors go through, two points for each of those adds up to 24 points when all Survivors go through all three stages. This all adds up to exactly 36 points, meaning you have to play a pretty much perfect game in order to pull this off.
While there is zero leeway with the points total, there is at least some reprieve regarding healing. Completely preventing Survivors from healing is next to impossible, but considering you only lose one point per heal, it can be balanced out with another hit, which you would need to do regardless on the healed Survivor.
The constraints of this challenge are very tight and very difficult to work toward, but at least this iridescent emblem is effectively a reward for playing a perfect game. Kill all four Survivors by getting them all on hooks and putting them all through the full hooking process will get you the iridescent Malicious emblem.
