With the release of the Alien Chapter in Dead by Daylight, you'll want to know which unique Perk builds are best to use on the brand new Killer: The Xenomorph. Using some unique Perks and Powers, you’ll be a Merciless Killer in no time.

There are several licensed Killers in the game, including Hellraiser’s Pinhead and Chucky from Child's Play but Alien’s Xenomorph has long been requested - and these builds that compliment its terrifying power will help you make some menacing matches.

As with all Killers in Dead by Daylight, The Xenomorph comes with three unique Perks, which are: Alien Instinct, Rapid Brutality and Ultimate Weapon.

These Perks, after upgrading the Killer’s Prestige Level, can be taught to other Killers so their properties can be used in an assortment of builds.

Perk

Description

Alien Instinct

This Perk activates when you hook a Survivor. You see the aura of the farthest injured Survivor for 5 seconds and that Survivor is oblivious for 16/18/20 seconds.

Rapid Brutality

You can no longer gain Bloodlust. Hitting a Survivor with a basic attack gives you 5% haste for 8/9/10 seconds.

Ultimate Weapon

When you open a locker, this Perk activates for 30 seconds. Survivors entering your Terror Radius scream and reveal their position and gain Blindness for 30 seconds. This Perk then goes on cooldown for 40/35/30 seconds.

The Xenomorph’s Power is called Hidden Pursuit and it has several features, including map navigation, stealth and an extended attack range.

When it activates its Power, the Xenomorph can traverse the map using underground tunnels in Runner Mode, and exit from Control Stations.

Additionally, while in Crawler Mode, the Xenomorph reduces its Terror Radius (heartbeat) and can attack with its tail, extending its range.

To counter The Xenomorph, Survivors can collect Remote Flame Turrets. These turrets can be set up to blast the Killer with a flamethrower. When hit with the Remote Flame Turret, it knocks The Xenomorph out of its power. However, they can be destroyed.

With its unique Perks and Power, there is an assortment of builds that can synergise with The Xenomorph in Dead by Daylight. Below, we’ve listed a few that you might find fun and help you get to grips with this vicious Killer.

Adept Build

One of the most important builds you will likely want to try as The Xenomorph in Dead by Daylight is an Adept build. This involves using The Xenomorph’s three unique Perks to attain a Merciless Killer ranking.

However, the add-ons you choose can make all the difference. For the Adept build, we recommend using a combination of the add-ons below:

Add-On

Description

Acidic Blood (Iridescent)

Getting stunned by a pallet damages Survivors after exiting a tunnel.

Parker's Headband (Green)

Grants Haste for 3 seconds after exiting a tunnel.

Emergency Helmet (Green)

Increases resistance to staggering caused by turrets.

Ripley's Watch (Brown)

When a turret removes your power, it is automatically destroyed.

No Locker is Safe Build

The No Locker is Safe build, one of the best builds for The Xenomorph in Dead by Daylight

Survivors have a habit of hiding in lockers, so making sure they lose that option can net you some quick hooks. Ultimate Weapon is the star here, as it is one of the best Killer Perks in DbD.

The Xenomorph in Dead by Daylight is an unknown organism of immense power and the primary antagonist of the Alien franchise.

In the original Alien film, it burst from the chest of Kane and, after a rapid growth, quickly hunted down and killed all of the crew of the Nostromo space vessel, leaving Ellen Ripley as the sole survivor.

With a vicious tail and a monstrous second mouth, the Xenomorph is the perfect hunter, coveted by the Weyland-Yutani company for mysterious means.

That’s everything you need to get started with The Xenomorph in Dead by Daylight, and with these Perk builds, you’ll become the best alien organism in The Fog in no time.
