How to get the Blue Crab storage keycard in Dead Island 2
You may want to know the Dead Island 2 Blue Crab storage keycard location, so you access the storage cupboard in the Blue Crab and grab the supplies inside.
Dead Island 2 has plenty of side areas to explore across its ten locations, with some of the safehouses having locked rooms that can be accessed with security keypads like the Blue Crab storage keycard.
It's not always obvious how to find the relevant keycards in the game though, but we've got everything you'll need to find the Blue Crab one amongst the chaos.
To find the Blue Crab Storage Keycard, you will need to head into the basement of the Blue Crab safehouse and find the dark room on the left side.
However, before you're able to pick up the Blue Crab Storage Keycard, you will first need to meet some criteria and get it to spawn.
- Complete the main story quest called 'The Giant-Slayer', or fast travel out of Venice Beach and return back.
- Check to see if the dead body is still on the Blue Crab floor. If it's no longer there, the keycard will have spawned.
If you've met the criteria above and the body has disappeared, simply follow these steps to collect the keycard:
- Head down into the base basement of the building and take the second door on the left into the dark room.
- You will find the dead body has been moved into the corner of this room, where the Dead Island 2 Blue Crab Storage Keycard can be found at his feet.
With the keycard now in your inventory, you can head back up to the Blue Crab bar and use it to open the storage cupboard. Inside, you will find a whole host of useful items, including crafting materials, med kits, and a weapon.
